JOB SUMMARY:
Financial Planning Assistant- Amanzimtoti

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic, Afrikaans speaking person to join their team based in Amanzimtoti.

Responsibilities:

Client Services and implementation of the client services experience
Implementation of administrative processes and controls in the practice (including all transactions, queries, reporting etc)
Liaison between Financial Planner Partner and product providers
Complaint resolution
Preparation of all review packs
New business and transition documentation management and communication
Capturing of client records onto Xplan and maintaining the database in line with business standards and statutory requirements
General office management including attending to technology issues, orders for stationary, maintaining the diary system
Record keeping for the office
Marketing support including events booking and representing the FP Partner at events
Reception duties

Requirements:

Knowledge of the Financial Services Industry
FAIS and FICA knowledge required
Fluency in Afrikaans and English
Computer literacy: Microsoft Office, xPlan would be an advantage
Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Excellent organising and planning ability

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualification in investments/financial planning/business management would be an advantage
2-4 years’ experience in a client services environment
At least 3 years’ experience in the financial services industry and wanting to specialise in this field.
