Qualifications:

CA(SA)
Master of Business Administration (MBA) would be advantageous
At least 10 years‘ experience within the Financial Services industry
At least 5 years’ experience in change management role

Job description & Skills:

Analyse the financial of the company
Analyse the cost structures
Facilitate the development of a budget plan
Liaise with business partners and stakeholders
Oversee team performance
