A global manufacturing conglomerate seeks an innovative and analytical Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join their finance team based in Germiston.

The primary function of this role is BU profitability analysis, management of price realization, management of manufacturing plant performance and customer profitability, expense control, and credit and collection oversight. The role oversees Africa operations.

Education:

BCom degree in finance or accounting

CIMA qualified will be beneficial

Skills & Experience:

7 to 10 years'' experience in a FP&A focused role

Management or leadership experience is essential

Previous experience working in or with African entities

Strong technical expertise, including US GAAP and IFRS

Strong analytic skills

Strong computer literacy

Financial and business acumen

Strong personality

Ability to work in a highly pressured and fast paced environment

Team player
