SUMMARY:

Our client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Financial Sales Administrator to fill a Maternity Leave contract.

Duration: 01 November 2021 – End April 2022

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Sales Administration:

Checking and confirming pricings, loading rates, freight rates, etc.
Create and maintain shipping instructions.
Updates excel graphs and summaries of sales per region and customer.
Updating weekly sales reports and budgets/actuals.
Maintain customer information on Syspro.
Loading requisitions.

Debtors:

Loading confirmations sent to customers (Locals and internationals).
Statements maintain and send to customers (Locals and internationals).
Check payments with finance.
Follow up with debtors overdue.
Updating of payment terms from approved credit apps.

Requirements:

Matric / National Senior Certificate.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
Sound Financial Administration (debtors) experience is required.
Experience in a manufacturing / engineering / exports environment.
Experience in Syspro advantageous.
Proficient in MS Excel.
