Financial Sales Administrator – Maternity Leave Contract

SUMMARY:

Our client in the Manufacturing industry is seeking a Financial Sales Administrator to fill a Maternity Leave contract.

Duration: 01 November 2021 – End April 2022

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Sales Administration:

• Checking and confirming pricings, loading rates, freight rates, etc.
• Create and maintain shipping instructions.
• Updates excel graphs and summaries of sales per region and customer.
• Updating weekly sales reports and budgets/actuals.
• Maintain customer information on Syspro.
• Loading requisitions.

Debtors:

• Loading confirmations sent to customers (Locals and internationals).
• Statements maintain and send to customers (Locals and internationals).
• Check payments with finance.
• Follow up with debtors overdue.
• Updating of payment terms from approved credit apps.

Requirements:

• Matric / National Senior Certificate.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Sound Financial Administration (debtors) experience is required.
• Experience in a manufacturing / engineering / exports environment.
• Experience in Syspro advantageous.
• Proficient in MS Excel.
