JOB SUMMARY:
Our client is seeking a qualified, competent candidate to facilitate the execution of all Merchant Back-Office activities and provide assistance to the GM: MFS Operations.
Contract position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job specifications/Minimum requirements:
3-year Degree or Diploma
IT, System Administrator knowledge
Clear credit record
Clear criminal record

Experience:
Minimum of 3 yrs post-qualification exp.
Minimum 3 yrs in telecommunications and Mobile Financial Services or Banking sector
2 yrs proven experience as a Back-office manager/ 2 yrs as Back-Office analyst within MFS or Banking industry
Good knowledge of Back-office tasks in telco/financial institution
Experience in producing User requirement documentation
Experience in managing teams

Proven track record of technical and specialised know how around MFS
Abreast of global and regional mindset and Best practices relating to MFS
Willing to travel extensively throughout SA to provide support and training
Able to manage multiple assignments
Strong written and communication skills

ECW System Administrator
Training of Entire business
Staff leadership and management
Escalations
Performance
Reporting
Budgets
Managerial/Supervisory responsibilities
