POSITION INFO:
Job Description: Support and progressively assume responsibility for the full financial accounting and administrative function Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes Monitor working capital, including debtors, creditors, and cash flow management Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports for divisional management Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and internal reporting requirements Review balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger accounts Support capital expenditure planning and cost management initiatives Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders Participate in continuous improvement projects and process enhancements Develop within a structured succession plan leading to a senior finance leadership role Skills & Experience: Qualified CA(SA) Minimum 1-3 years' post-qualification experience Manufacturing industry experience advantageous Exposure to stock management beneficial Strong financial reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Experience with financial reporting systems such as JDE, QlikView, Hyperion, or similar High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Strong leadership potential, integrity, and business acumen Qualification: CA(SA) qualification Connect with us on and Register your CV to create a profile and to view all our Financial recruitment vacancies.
