Financial and Construction Administrator
One of our clients within the construction industry, based in Florida Park, Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Financial and Construction Administrator to join their team. The company specialises in the construction of RDP housing projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing financial, administrative and operational support, including supplier accounts, payments, stock administration and general office duties.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements: Minimum 2 years' experience in a relevant financial administration, accounts administration or construction administration role. Previous experience within the construction industry will be highly advantageous. Pastel experience is essential. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency is essential, particularly Excel. Experience with supplier invoices and payments. Experience with accounts administration and reconciliations. Exposure to stock control\/stock administration. Experience with tender documentation. Strong numerical and administrative skills. Roles and responsibilities: Manage general financial and administrative duties. Process and capture supplier invoices. Prepare and process supplier payments. Assist with month-end supplier payments. Assist with the processing and administration of monthly wages. Perform general accounts administration and maintain accurate financial records. Assist with the completion and preparation of tender documentation. Liaise with Quantity Surveyors regarding tender documentation. Manage stock ordering and allocations. Maintain accurate records of stock issued to various projects. Reconcile supplier documentation and invoices. Provide general administrative support to the construction and project teams. Ensure all financial and administrative documentation is accurately filed and maintained. Closing Date: Submissions for this vacancy will close on 10 August 2026 .
