JOB SUMMARY:
New position available as Fitter Assistant (NOT yet Trade Tested)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Assisting with assembling the various sub-assemblies of a machine into a working unit.
Assisting in moving any piece of company equipment into or out of a working position at a mine site, quarry, or other such location.
Assisting Artisan in performing troubleshooting tasks to identify the root cause of any problems being experienced with equipment.
Assisting in removing broken or damaged equipment and replace it with new/repaired equipment.
Basic fitting skills i.e. loosen, tighten bolts, replacing damaged parts, cleaning of tools / tooling
Assist Artisan in workshop / site with duties
Able to work alone under no supervision
Mining experience
Worked on Crushers and Screens
