SUMMARY:
Fixed Assets Accountant

POSITION INFO:

Responsible for overseeing the effective running of the Fixed assets reconciliations – including the preparation of accounting reconciliations and resolving of reconciling items in relevant accounting process.
Oversee fixed assets area
Ensure validity, accuracy and completeness of all fixed assets accounts
Manage relationships between the team and other business units
Management of staff
Ensure compliance, corporate governance, procedures and protocols
Assist in special projects as requested by management
Assist the Business in accounting related issues
Strive to continuous improve working methods to improve standardisation and efficiencies
Assistance with the preparation and review of relevant financial statement notes
