SUMMARY:
Our client in the Transport & Rigging Industry is seeking an experienced and highly organised Fleet Controller to join their fast-paced, high-performance team.
This role is ideal for a driven individual who thrives under pressure and has a strong operational understanding of fleet management within the transport environment.

POSITION INFO:
Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in the transport industry
Strong fleet scheduling and vehicle tracking skills
Proven experience coordinating drivers, deliveries, and breakdowns
Sound knowledge of transport compliance, licenses, and vehicle documentation
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic, high-volume environment

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and manage fleet operations to ensure optimal vehicle utilisation
Coordinate drivers, deliveries, collections, and route planning
Monitor vehicle tracking systems and respond to deviations or delays
Manage breakdowns, incidents, and emergency responses efficiently
Ensure fleet compliance with licensing, roadworthiness, and vehicle documentation
Liaise with drivers, operations, and management to ensure seamless service delivery
