POSITION INFO:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented   Fleet Controller to join our dynamic transport operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting in the coordination, monitoring and administration of fleet operations to ensure the efficient movement of containers, products, parts and trailers while maintaining excellent customer service standards. Duties and Responsibilities Coordinate and monitor daily transportation activities. Schedule and track collections and deliveries. Maintain accurate vehicle, driver, spare parts and tyre records. Ensure drivers have the required documentation for transportation. Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair requirements. Verify and process drivers' logbooks for approval and payment. Assist with accident reporting and fleet administration. Liaise with drivers, customers, suppliers and internal departments. Prepare daily and monthly operational reports. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and transport regulations. Handle customer enquiries professionally and efficiently. Requirements Grade 12 \/ Matric. Previous experience in fleet control, logistics, transport administration, or a related field will be advantageous. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Reliable, proactive and customer-service driven.
