SUMMARY:
Our client in the cleaning services industry is looking for an experienced Laundry Floor Supervisor to join their team in Wynberg Johannesburg.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
4-5 years exprience in a supervisory role
Production: Overseeing all laundry processing, quality control and timely deliveries
Staff Management: Supervising staff, schedules, monitoring productivity, and maintaining positive team relations
Machinery Management: Ensuring proper machine operation, maintenance, and safety
Communication: Communicating effectively with clients, staff, and management
Client Satisfaction: Delivering clean, on-time laundry and resolving client issues
Willingness to work long hours and manage pressure
