JOB DESCRIPTION:

An experienced, dynamic F&B Manager is sought to join this busy, corporate hotel. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for the entire Food and Beverage department including operations, service, financial and staff management.

Requirements:

Grade 12 /equivalent
Diploma or Degree in Food and Beverage Management/equivalent
A minimum of 2 years related experience in Food & Beverage management with hospitality operations
Sound understanding of financial management within F&B including management of departmental budget, cost and stock control and operational expenses
Provide strong leadership to the team
Attend to HR and IR related matters within the department
Assist in fulfilling Duty Management shifts on a rotation basis
Extensive guest interaction, ensuring the guests' experience is memorable
Must be able to work shifts
