POSITION INFO:
A leading organization is seeking a Front-End Developer to collaborate with design and back-end teams in building modern, responsive web applications. This role involves translating UI/UX wireframes into production-ready code, ensuring cross-browser compatibility, and optimizing applications for speed and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop responsive, user-friendly web applications using React or Angular
Translate UI/UX wireframes into clean, semantic HTML5 and CSS3 code
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for performance
Collaborate with design and back-end teams to deliver seamless solutions
Maintain version control and follow best practices for code quality
Support social media content creation (static and video design) and uploading

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience:
- Proven experience in front-end development and responsive web design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React or Angular
- Experience with version control systems like Git
Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Knowledge of back-end development principles is advantageous
- Experience in the incentive or employee engagement industry is a plus
