Front-End Sales Associate

We are seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team as a Front-End Sales Associate.

This role involves assisting customers at the point of sale, handling transactions accurately, and providing an exceptional customer experience.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Process customer purchases efficiently and accurately using the POS system
• Provide friendly and helpful service to all customers
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods responsibly
• Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required
• Address customer queries or escalate to management when necessary

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or a related role is preferred
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
