FRONT-LINE RECEPTIONIST – NORTHGATE BUSINESS PARK (BROOKLYN, CAPE TOWN)

A fast-growing security company is looking for a confident and professional Receptionist to be the face of their business. This is a busy, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who’s confident, adaptable, and eager to grow with the business.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Receptionist or in a front-line administrative role
Well-spoken and well-presented
Fluent in English and Afrikaans (an African language is an advantage)
Strong administrative and email management skills
Proficient in Excel
Able to remain calm and professional when dealing with irate customers or high-pressure situations
Reliable, organised, and able to prioritise tasks effectively
