This role offers you the opportunity to work in a dynamic fintech environment, collaborating with developers and product owners to deliver high-performing solutions. Key Responsibilities:

Provide second-line support and perform root cause analysis to resolve reported issues.
Conduct thorough testing of software applications to identify and troubleshoot bugs and defects.
Develop and execute test plans, cases, and scripts to validate product functionality.
Accurately document, report, and track defects to ensure efficient resolution.
Perform regression testing and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain quality standards.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance role.
Experience in a support function is advantageous.
ISTQB Certification required.
Strong proficiency in SQL for database testing and validation.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Understanding of SDLC and testing methodologies is advantageous.
