Full Stack Developer – Creating Seamless User Experiences

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end software solutions.
Work closely with team members to define requirements, architecture, and testing strategies.
Participate in project planning, estimation, and documentation efforts.
Communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively across teams.
Ensure architectural consistency and integrity throughout projects.
Promote continuous improvement and foster knowledge sharing within the team.
Write clean, maintainable code that meets high-quality standards.
Prioritize usability, performance, and accessibility in all solutions.
Thrive in agile environments, embracing quick iterations and adaptability.
Collaborate effectively and communicate transparently with both teammates and clients.
Demonstrate a strong desire to learn, grow, and support the development of others.
Maintain a good sense of humor and approach challenges with a positive attitude.
Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub Issues, and/or JIRA is a plus.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

4+ years of experience in software development
Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
C#.NET
HTML, CSS, JavaScript
