Duties:

• Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to gather requirements and align technology solutions across infrastructure, data, applications, and compliance.
• Identify, analyse, and resolve issues within E-Commerce systems to ensure smooth operation.
• Support developers in designing and implementing optimal solutions to achieve E-Commerce strategy goals.
• Lead the delivery of seamless digital experiences across platforms.
• Implement new features and functionality as they become available on E-Commerce platforms.
• Translate business and customer requirements into technical solutions while considering constraints and project methodologies.
• Maintain compliance with online governance and brand standards.
• Assist in achieving E-Commerce channel sales targets.
• Ensure E-Commerce systems are accessible across multiple digital devices and platforms for an optimal user experience.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and evolving technical standards.

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in IT, Technology, or Computer Science (NQF6).

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar environment
• At least 2 years’ experience at a specialist level.
• Solid experience in architecture design, including creating and reviewing technical specifications, data flows, server architecture diagrams, and ER diagrams.
• Strong understanding of API frameworks, integrations, and XML, with the ability to review related documentation.
• Proficient in HTML and CSS / SASS / LESS
• Experience with JavaScript / ECMAScript 6 (advantage).
• Skilled in troubleshooting technical issues across systems and integrations.
• Ability to analyse and interpret technical requirements and translate them into practical solutions.
• Knowledge of Angular (advantage).
• Familiarity with C# (advantage).
