This is not a maintenance role. This is an ownership role.
We’re looking for a Senior FullâStack Software Engineer who thrives in complex enterprise environments, enjoys shaping solutions endâtoâend, and takes pride in building systems that are robust, secure, and built to last. You’ll play a key role in the development, improvement, and governance of critical platforms, working closely with technical leaders, project managers, and business stakeholders.

A trusted senior role offering real influence over architecture, quality, and delivery, working on missionâcritical enterprise systems in an environment that values engineering excellence over shortcuts.

POSITION INFO:
EXPERIENCE

Senior fullâstack capability, with a strong backend focus
Deep experience in enterprise backend technologies (Java, Spring Boot, APIs, integrations)
Strong understanding of distributed systems, data persistence, and performance optimisation
Working knowledge of Angular and TypeScript to support endâtoâend delivery
Proven experience in Agile Working Model (AWM) environments
Confidence engaging both technical and nonâtechnical stakeholders
A mindset geared towards quality, maintainability, and handover readiness

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT — or equivalent practical experience
6+ years professional experience in enterprise software development
Proven delivery at senior or advanced level within complex IT environments
