Full Stack Java Developer

SUMMARY:
A leading and fast-growing fintech company, operating across Southern and East Africa, is seeking a talented Full Stack Java Developer to join its innovative software development team. This position plays a key role in expanding a robust technology platform that supports digital personal lending services across multiple countries.

You’ll work across the full development lifecycle—from gathering requirements to deploying production-ready solutions—while contributing to a mission that’s making a meaningful difference for clients across the continent.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in software development, preferably in a full stack role.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently.
• Strong knowledge of Java, Groovy, Spring Boot, Micronaut and Apache.
