Job & Company Description:

Being a specialist IT recruiter within the IT industry, I am currently on the lookout for a Java Developer who can provide ample IT expertise and advice in the design, creation, testing and documentation of newly enhanced applications and systems in accordance with agreed framework of programming standards. A developer who is capable of producing logical and technical specifications from functional specifications and to write the code for medium to large applications.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum: B.Eng, BSC Eng, BSC Informatics, B.Comm or related degree

5 years’ or more of experience in programming

Java certification will be highly advantageous

Java, Spring, Hibernate, Maven and Bootstrap, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap, unit testing and peer code reviews and experience highly essential

Linux System administration and micro services is a prerequisite

Networking (basics), docker and Kubernetes experience

Strong debugging skills

Test driven development is advantageous
