REQUIREMENTS Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a National Diploma with relevant experience Professional certification (preferred) 3 - 5 years of experience Familiar with South Africa’s local financial policies Excellent communication and cross-cultural teamwork ability Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for daily fund collection and payment, ledger registration, foreign exchange settlement, foreign currency verification, and other related tasks Responsible for managing bank account information, docking with the bank's various payment approval procedures Keep and manage receipts, checks and other important financial documents Responsible for bank reconciliation and fund inventory work, and preparing monthly bank balance reconciliation statements Responsible for the preparation of fund revenue and expenditure plans and budget control of daily fund payments Responsible for submitting various capital reports in accordance with shareholder requirements Cooperate with financial auditors and provide relevant financial documents Assist in other daily financial and administrative work assigned by the finance manager
