JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the alternative lending space seeks a Fund Accountant to join their highly successful team. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional growth in a high-performance, high-growth organisation. Offices based in Cape Town.

Role Summary:

Involved in all aspects of fund accounting
Income and bank reconciliations
Cash forecasting
Investor yields and drawdowns
Compliance oversight
Assisting with investor and statutory reporting

Skills/experience required:

Completed SAICA or SAIPA articles with preferably one year post articles experience or B.Bus.Sci/ B.Com graduate with at least 5 years’ experience in financial services
Must have good general accounting background
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Strong learning agility
Proficient in MS Excel
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
