POSITION INFO:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant agricultural qualification
At least 4 years’ relevant farming experience in a managerial position
Proven track record in managing a large team
Experience with fruit farming
Computer literate
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong admin and record keeping skills, good in problem solving & good interpersonal relationship
Maintenance and mechanically orientated
Valid driver’s license
Valid passport
