Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review monthly financial reporting and management accounts. Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial information. Manage general ledger accounting, journals, accruals, provisions and financial transactions. Assist with month-end and year-end close processes. Monitor and maintain financial controls and accounting processes. Analyse financial information and provide meaningful insights to management. Assist with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis. Support internal and external audit processes and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards. Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and reporting. Job Experience and Skills Required: Education CA(SA) qualification is essential. Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance or a related field. Experience Newly qualified CA(SA) with completed articles. Strong audit exposure to manufacturing, engineering, logistics, supply chain or related industrial environments is highly advantageous. Solid understanding of IFRS and financial reporting. Exposure to working with complex business operations and financial controls. A genuine desire to transition from audit into a commercially focused industry environment. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Exposure to ERP\/accounting systems will be advantageous. Apply now!
