The role will oversee hospitality operations across the region, ensuring exceptional client service, operational efficiency, and profitability. You will lead hospitality teams, strengthen client relationships, implement strategic initiatives, and drive continuous improvement across the business.

This position requires a hands-on operational leader who can balance customer experience, financial management, and people leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

Lead hospitality operations across the region

Manage and mentor hospitality teams

Ensure compliance with company and industry standards
Collaborate across departments to improve service delivery

What You Bring

Qualification in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a General Manager role
Strong leadership and team management capability
Financial management and budgeting experience
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Operational experience within hospitality or services industries
Strong understanding of hospitality best practices
