SUMMARY:
A proven courier and logistics leader is sought for a fast paced, high accountability environment. This opportunity offers full ownership of a major Cape Town courier hub, with responsibility for operational performance, service delivery, team leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.

POSITION INFO:
The role also serves as the key Account Manager for a strategic client, driving the commercial relationship, leading operational reviews and ensuring exceptional service levels are consistently achieved. Ideal for a commercially minded operations professional who can successfully balance customer engagement with operational excellence while delivering measurable business results. Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience within last mile distribution, courier, logistics, supply chain or hub operations environments, with proven P&L accountability. Experience working within high volume eCommerce, parcel delivery, fulfilment or distribution operations would be highly advantageous. Based in Cape Town or willing to relocate. This is a fully on site position. Strong commercial acumen combined with hands on operational leadership experience. Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships while driving operational performance and profitability.
