Job Opportunity: General Manager – Premier Restaurant Group Location: Northern Suburbs, Johannesburg Salary: R35,000 – R42,000 (negotiable) We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead operations across our high-end restaurant locations . Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and understanding of restaurant operations. Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems. Key Duties Full accountability for restaurant performance Drive revenue, profitability, and guest experience Lead and manage FOH and BOH teams Ensure brand consistency and operational excellence Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency. Manage financials, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and cost control. Lead staff recruitment, training, and retention, promoting a positive workplace culture. Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive revenue and attract clientele. Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Key Responsibilities: Oversee both front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring service excellence and operational efficiency.
