SUMMARY:
A leading logistics company based in Pomona is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to take full operational and commercial responsibility for a large portfolio.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior management / General Manager role
• Strong background in logistics / freight / clearing & forwarding
• Proven leadership and team management ability
• Strong commercial and operational acumen
• Ability to manage multiple business units simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee full Clearing & Forwarding operations
• Manage Warehousing & Distribution functions
• Drive operational efficiency and profitability across the portfolio
• Lead and manage teams across multiple departments
• Develop and execute business strategy and growth plans
• Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory requirements
• Manage key client relationships at executive level
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
• Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion
• Resolve operational escalations and ensure service excellence
• Work closely with senior stakeholders and executive leadership
