SUMMARY:
Our client in the Finance Industry is looking for a General Manager who will be overseeing ALL aspects of the business, to ensure optimum operational efficiency and increase the performance.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

MBA/CA(SA)/MSC Eng Qualification

3 – 5 years’ experience as a General Manager

Manufacturing Industry experience

Ability to Manage all aspects of the Business, end to end

Duties:

Oversee all aspects of the workshop

Manage a team of assistant workshop managers, supervisors and their teams

Ensure the Targets set are exceeded.

Weekly reports on Staff and Equipment Performance
