JOB SUMMARY:
Start ASAP or January 2023! Manufacturing concern based in Rustenburg has an new opening for a GM (EE). Position requires a self-motivated and results-driven GM to direct and manage the organizations business activities and to develop and implement effective business strategies and programs.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Successful incumbent will have a B.Degree or Masters Degree in Business Management or Business Administration coupled with 5+ years related GM experience preferably within a Manufacturing concern. KPI's include: allocating budget resources, formulating policies; co-ordinating business operations, monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes, engaging with vendors, hiring and training employees, identifying business opportunities and monitoring financial activities. Maintain relationships with clients, generate new business, increase staff productivity, improving service, analyze accounting and financial data, generate reports and give presentations, ensure sustainability and meeting business objectives. Manage a staff compliment of 16 Operators and 2 Managers. The position is open for candidates who reside in the Rustenburg area.
