SUMMARY:
DBN000217 - GENERAL MANAGER – (MINING INDUSTRY) - LIMPOPO

Purpose of the Job:
To oversee all operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and profitable extraction and processing of minerals while aligning with regulatory and corporate objectives.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Preferably Mechanical) – Minimum
2. MBA or equivalent - preferred
3. At least 10 years of leadership experience in heavy industry or mineral processing (Mining)
4. Strong track record in plant operations and contractor management

8. Ensure full compliance with OHSA, MHS Act, NEMA, ISO standards, and SHEQ requirements where necessary.
9. Project Planning & Mobilisation, Lead project conceptualisation for plant sustainability and expansion initiatives.
