A local mine around Rustenburg has a position available for a General Manager Mining (inclusive of GM Projects & Best Practices). Requirements: 3 year degree/3 year diploma - General Degree - NQF 6. B degree in Mining. Engineering or B Tech diploma in mining. Management development program Executive development program. MBL qualification. Project management qualification (for GM Projects). Registration as professional certified engineer, Blasting & Mine Managers Certificate. 13 to 15 years experience. Knowledge of: Stoping, Mine development, shafts, Project knowledge/methodologies. Survey, Ventilation, Rock engineering, Geology, Accounting, Engineering and HR & employee relations (ER/IR).
