General Manager Operations

SUMMARY:
#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER to a lucrative, Independently owned Commercial Vehicle Truck Dealer as General Manager Operations, reporting directly to the Managing Director

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

• Must have at least 3 - 5 years experience as a Truck Dealer Principal, Truck Operations Manager or Truck After Sales Manager
• Must be able to manage 120 members of staff across the Parts, Service and Sales Departments, with the main focus on Parts and Service
• Grade 12 essential
• Diploma | Degree in Business Management or Marketing Management will be advantageous
• Unendorsed Code 08 Drivers License Essential
• Kerridge, Automate, Evolve or Pinnacle Dealer Management System Literacy
• Strong Asset | Stock Controlling | Leadership | Management Skills
• Specific Brand experience such as Volvo Trucks, UD Trucks, Hino Trucks, FAW Trucks, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, FUSO Trucks is required (To be discussed during screening interview with shortlisted candidates only) essential
• Must have a strong track record and contactable references

Salary Structure

• Basic Salary of R 45 000 to R 75 000 based on level of experience
• Incentives of up to 25% of Basic Salary
