SUMMARY:
#SHIFTINTOHIGHCAREER to a lucrative, Independently owned Commercial Vehicle Truck Dealer as General Manager Operations, reporting directly to the Managing Director

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements

Must have at least 3 - 5 years experience as a Truck Dealer Principal, Truck Operations Manager or Truck After Sales Manager
Must be able to manage 120 members of staff across the Parts, Service and Sales Departments, with the main focus on Parts and Service
Grade 12 essential
Diploma | Degree in Business Management or Marketing Management will be advantageous
Unendorsed Code 08 Drivers License Essential
Kerridge, Automate, Evolve or Pinnacle Dealer Management System Literacy
Strong Asset | Stock Controlling | Leadership | Management Skills
Specific Brand experience such as Volvo Trucks, UD Trucks, Hino Trucks, FAW Trucks, Mercedes-Benz Trucks, FUSO Trucks is required (To be discussed during screening interview with shortlisted candidates only) essential
Must have a strong track record and contactable references

Salary Structure

Basic Salary of R 45 000 to R 75 000 based on level of experience
Incentives of up to 25% of Basic Salary
