The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities General office administration and daily office support. Answering and directing incoming telephone calls. Welcoming clients and visitors professionally. Preparing quotations, correspondence, reports, and general documentation. Filing and maintaining both electronic and hard copy records. Managing incoming and outgoing emails. Ordering office stationery and supplies. Capturing and updating company information on various systems. Assisting management with administrative duties. Scheduling meetings and maintaining diaries where required. Handling courier bookings and deliveries. Assisting with basic procurement and supplier communication. Maintaining accurate filing and document control. Providing general administrative support to the construction team. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) is essential. Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a general office administration role. Previous experience within the construction industry will be advantageous. Computer literate with good working knowledge of: Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel Microsoft Outlook Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused. Language Requirements Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written). Residence Requirement Applicants must currently reside in Waverley, Pretoria, or the surrounding areas.
