Degree or diploma in Business Administration or similar discipline
Min 8yrs experience in a senior role as a Retail General Manager
Financial acumen
Leading store operations
Driving sales
Managing staff
Upholding store standards
Ensuring compliance with company policies
Strategic planning for sales and operations
Fostering excellent customer service
Driving continuous improvement within the store's operations to enhance the brand's image and profitability
