Gifting Key Account Specialist - Howick

POSITION INFO:
Our client is in Howick is looking for a committed person to join their company.

Job Functions:

Desk Based Sales

Boutique Gifting

Solicit new and top up orders through existing customer
Source and solicit business with new customers
Generate and follow up on leads for your sales channels
Maintain a data base of customers
Engage and excite customers according to their call and delivery frequency
Source and solicit business with new Corporate customers directly
Source and solicit new gifting business with specialty retail gifting outlets
Communicate with sales, admin & production on all specific details of orders

Processing of sales and sales support

Capture and proforma orders received on Pastel
Understand all our product offerings

Sales Coordination

Work with the gifting teams on bespoke offers and realise the sale
Communicate all individual needs of the customer correctly to all internal departments required

Database maintenance

ERP : Capture all enquiries for the database in the correct category
Perform database research where requested
Update daily

General assistance

Assist with sales administration tasks where required
Assist with customers where required

Job Specifications:
Essential Qualifications/Experience/Ability/Skills:

Mjust be fluent in English and Afrikaans
Computer literacy in Pastel & Microsoft Office
Sales focused
Customer care focused

Preferable Qualifications/Experience/Ability/Skills:

MS Outlook
Sales course
Telesales experience
Excel
Power Point
