Global Analyst – Pricing & Product Systems

Seeking a Parts / Product System Analyst (pricing and product systems) who is open to working in Boksburg.

POSITION INFO:
A globally aligned organisation within the construction and forestry sector is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Global Analyst - Pricing and Product Systems to join their Marketing and Sales function. This role offers the opportunity to work across international markets, supporting global pricing systems, strategies, and product positioning. This role will become the system expert (data input, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc.). Note: You will be trained on their in-house system. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain global list pricing within established pricing systems Analyse and recommend pricing for product options, attachments, and accessories to optimise profitability and competitiveness Collaborate with global teams to develop and implement pricing strategies for new and existing products Evaluate in-market pricing performance against market share, margin, and profitability targets Ensure the accuracy and compliance of pricing data in line with audit requirements Support pricing-related queries from internal stakeholders and dealer networks Analyse product, market, and competitive data to develop pricing plans aligned with target pricing processes Present pricing recommendations to cross-functional teams and leadership Provide support and backup for regional pricing activities across Africa, Australia\/New Zealand, and other global markets Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in IT, Data, Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail High level of global systems literacy and ability to work with pricing tools and data systems Strong communication skills with the ability to present to diverse audiences Ability to collaborate effectively within global, cross-functional teams (open to working flexible hours) Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority Advantageous: Experience in pricing, product systems, or commercial analysis Exposure to construction, forestry, or related industries Understanding of financial and business performance metrics Project management experience Familiarity with product development or pricing processes Demonstrated adaptability and willingness to learn and grow Apply now!
