We are searching for a Global Finance Controller to play a crucial role in driving financial excellence within this innovative organization. This is more than just finance. POSITION INFO:

As the Global Financial Controller, your duties include the following:
Oversee global accounting and consolidated reporting in line with IFRS standards
Manage month- and year-end close cycles
Ensure accuracy and compliance
Lead revenue recognition under IFRS 15
Establish and strengthen accounting policies, controls, and procedures to ensure full audit readiness
Act as a global owner of the ERP system
Collaborate with external consultants while building internal expertise for long-term ownership
Connect ERP with CRM, billing, and FP&A platforms to deliver seamless integration and real-time visibility
Lead AR, AP, payroll and treasury operations to drive efficiency, compliance, and effective cash management
Implement robust controls to support fundraising, audit and governance standards
Oversee relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulators across multiple jurisdictions
Grow and mentor a high-performing accounting team across regions
Collaborate with FP&A, Commercial Finance, and leadership to enable strategic decisions

Skills & Experience:
10-15 years of experience, ideally within tech services or fast-paced global environments
Expertise built on and around ERP systems
Experience working on NetSuite would be highly advantageous
Forward-thinking leader who thrives at the intersection of finance, technology, and innovation

Qualification:
CA(SA) or CIMA-qualified
