• Mining optimisation strategy plans
• Build, guide and develop a team of mining optimisation experts
• Provide mining optimisation expertise
• Research and develop methods, techniques, and technologies
• Provide support in troubleshooting through analysis
• Develop and deliver training strategy and plans
• Improve in-house and clients’ mining optimisation knowledge
• Develop and track budget

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications & Experience

• Postgraduate degree in Mining Science
• 10 or more years’ experience in mining
• Mining engineering knowledge
• Proficiency in business processes, corporate governance, and statutory requirements
• Project – and change management
