A property specialist equity fund manager is in the market for a recent graduate to join their team as a Listed Property Analyst.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job & Company Description:

This company has an exceptional client list, their experience spans multiple aspects of property investment and portfolio management. You will be responsible for generating investment ideas, modelling property companies and engage with industry experts and analysts.

Education:

Excellent academic record is mandatory
Honours in Financial Management, Accounting, Finance related degree
CFA level 1 is advantageous or working towards one
Additional qualifications are beneficial

Job Experience & Skills Required:

1-3 years’ experience in Equities
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
Analytical thinking skills
