SUMMARY:
Huawei is hiring a Procurement Engineer ,for Routine supplier management (supplier performance evaluation, (procurement to payment) cycle management, Supplier risk management, supplier healthy eco-system built), leading of qualification process, tender implementation, contract creation, project delivery assurance.
POSITION INFO:
Purpose of the position:
1. Routine supplier management (supplier performance evaluation, high level sponsorship management, PTP (procurement to payment) cycle management, Supplier risk management, supplier healthy eco-system built), leading of qualification process, tender implementation, contract creation, project delivery assurance.
2. Support of relevant Category Manager or Project Procurement Manager to complete all procurement task and activities timely and with an appropriate quality. Acting as interface in front of the subcontractors, implementing interactions with diverse internal departments to ensure procurement tasks completion
