POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a strong administrator to join our recruitment team and play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient hiring processes. You will be the go-to person for administrative support, helping coordinate interviews, manage candidate communications, maintain recruitment systems, and assist with reporting and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the recruitment team
Preparing CVs and conducting references
Schedule interviews and liaise with candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
Assist with onboarding documentation and compliance checks
Prepare reports and support recruitment campaigns
Help improve processes and ensure a seamless candidate experience
Quality checking all admin
