A dynamic retail design and manufacturing business is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to drive creative excellence across all visual brand touchpoints, from packaging design to large-format advertising and digital content.

POSITION INFO:
Key responsibilities Design and develop packaging artwork, brand identity elements, and new product development visuals from concept through to final production-ready files. Create large-format design work including billboards and truck tarps, ensuring brand consistency and visual impact across all formats. Develop content for magazines, catalogues, pamphlets, leaflets, and point-of-sale material that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Design engaging social media content that supports campaigns and strengthens brand presence across digital platforms. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to translate briefs into compelling visual concepts. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently met. Stay current with design trends, tools, and the latest marketing software to keep the brand's visual identity fresh and competitive. Requirements Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within an FMCG or packaging environment. Experience in creating brand identity and packaging design is highly preferred. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar, along with familiarity with current marketing design tools. Strong portfolio demonstrating range across packaging, large-format, print, and digital design. Good understanding of print production processes and specifications. Attributes Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and brand consistency. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Strong communicator able to interpret briefs and collaborate across teams. Adaptable and proactive, with a genuine passion for design and staying ahead of trends.
