Purpose of the Job:
To turn business goals into engaging visual and digital content that connects with the audience.

Required Qualifications:

Diploma or degree in Graphic Design.
5+ years’ experience in graphic design and social media management.
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop).
Figma experience is an advantage.
Strong Microsoft Teams and webinar management skills.
Experience in digital marketing, content creation and campaign development.

POSITION INFO:
Technical Competencies & Experience: Strong social media, content planning and digital marketing skills. Excellent copywriting and content creation abilities. Understanding of UX, CX, branding and digital engagement. Ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns. Ability to interpret briefs and deliver high-quality work. Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines. Behavioral Competencies: Strong team player with excellent communication skills. Creative, proactive and solution-driven. Adaptable and able to work well under pressure. Strong organisational and time management skills. Takes ownership and accountability for deliverables. Able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
