POSITION INFO:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join a Sales team within a leading corrugated packaging environment . This role will suit a designer who enjoys taking a brief from concept through to professional, print-ready artwork , while working closely with customers and internal teams. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or 3-year Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts or a related field • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite • Strong knowledge of design principles, colour theory and typography • Knowledge of web and social media • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong creative and conceptual thinking • Excellent attention to detail • Good problem-solving skills • Able to work independently and collaboratively • Able to manage deadlines and multiple projects Key Responsibilities: • Create designs, illustrations, logos and other visual materials • Develop creative concepts for various products and customer requirements • Prepare and deliver print-ready artwork • Edit and improve existing graphics according to specific requirements • Research and develop new creative concepts and strategies • Meet with clients to understand their visual and design requirements • Ensure artwork meets required specifications and quality standards • Work closely with internal teams throughout the design process • Ensure deadlines are consistently met Advantageous Experience: • Packaging design • Corrugated or carton artwork • Print and prepress • Commercial printing • FMCG or product packaging • Working with customer artwork and print specifications If you are a creative designer with strong technical skills and a passion for seeing your designs brought to life in printed packaging , we would love to hear from you.
