About Our Client
The client is an established FMCG company specialising in personal care products and packaging. They operate an in-house creative studio that manages various local and international brands.
The Role: Graphic Designer (Senior)
The purpose of this role is to deliver and oversee a high level of creative work across brands and teams to ensure products meet strategic objectives. You will manage the on-brand output of junior team members and the general requirements of the studio while taking ideas from initial concept through to finished artwork and print-ready packaging. The role operates in a fast-paced environment and focuses on meeting strategic goals through creative execution.
Key Responsibilities

Design product packaging, labels, and in-store point-of-sale items from concept to print-ready artwork.

Oversee and sign off on the deadline-driven output of junior team members.

Produce graphic visualisation and mock-ups of products and point-of-sale installations.

Undertake deep-etching, retouching, and proofing processes for marketing and sales collateral.

Turn briefs and strategic goals into creative ideas that connect with the target audience.

Maintain in-house image libraries, competitive intelligence, and branding.

Launch cosmetic or personal care brands (highly advantageous).
About You

6+ years experience at an agency or in a corporate design team.

National Diploma in Graphic Design or equivalent.

Proficient in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Cloud applications, specifically Illustrator and Photoshop.

Essential experience in packaging and printing with an understanding of repro principles.

Exceptional time management, organisational skills, and a meticulous eye for detail.

Deadline-driven, energetic, and adaptable to changing market needs.
