POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support B-BBEE audit processes
Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts
Manage monthly and annual financial reporting processes
Prepare management packs for leadership review
Conduct cash flow forecasting and variance analysis
Perform reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data
Oversee debtor and creditor management
Maintain and reconcile the cashbook
Manage the fixed asset register
Support month-end and year-end audit processes
Handle VAT and tax compliance

Minimum Requirements:

BCom degree in Accounting or Finance (essential)
Completed articles, with at least 3 years post-articles experience in a financial management or group accounting role
Strong proficiency in MS Excel (advanced level)
Experience working with foreign currency transactions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Deadline-driven with the ability to work under pressure
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Collaborative team player with strong communication skills
