SUMMARY:
Our client based in Paarl is looking for a Group Accountant.

Applicant will be working within the group looking after a portfolio of the internal company's (group accountant).

We are in the process of setting up a group accounting firm which will service external companiesÂ in the coming months.

POSITION INFO:

QUALIFICATIONS:
BCom â Management Accounting, Finance, Accounting
CIMA, SAIPA, Tax Prac
2 years min training contract completed.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Financial Accounting & Taxation
Compliance & Audit
Payroll Processing & Financial Statement Preparation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Leadership & team management

SKILL SET:
Preparation of financial statements, variance, and trend analysis.Â Â
Tax returns preparation and submission (corporate, VAT).Â Â
Audit support and internal control implementation.Â Â
Proficiency in Xero, Sage Pastel, QuickBooks, and SAP ERP.Â Â
Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and Google Sheets.Â Â
CIPC Submissions and B-BBEE compliance.Â Â
Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, Asana, and CRM dynamics.Â Â
Management of a team.Â Â
Multitasking and prioritisation.Â Â
Problem-solving and attention to detail.Â Â
Planning and delegating.Â Â
Analytical troubleshooting.
